The key to overcoming agoraphobia is "practice".  If you want to learn any skill – a  foreign language, playing a musical instrument or learning about computers – you have to make a commitment to regular practice.  The same thing is true for overcoming agoraphobia.  The first key is the willingness to practice.  The second key is being smart in choosing the best kinds of practice!
