When I first started my practice program, I experienced more anxiety, and I think thatís "par for the course."  My therapist reminded me that my willingness to experience manageable anxiety was one of the keys to success.  Here is one of the paradoxes of healing from this condition:  you have to be willing to experience more anxiety in order to eventually experience much less.
