When you are doing your outings, it’s very helpful to add “clinchers” – enjoyable things to do when you get to your destination. For example, one of my main practices involved driving a certain distance from home up the Pacific Coast Highway. When I got to my destination, I would often take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
