For many people, its essential to uncover the big emotions of sadness and anger.  Its important to feel sadness and to allow oneself to cry.  It's also important to feel anger, to learn from it, and then to start to learn forgiveness, gradually letting go and healing from anger and hurt.  Give yourself the time and space to go through this emotional healing process.

In healing from panic, it's also essential to understand that all these emotions and the sensations that go with them are not at all dangerous.  Emotions can feel scary and overwhelming, but they are never dangerous.  It is completely safe to experience all of these emotions.
